Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio throughout France
  • Conduct prospecting activities and win new markets
  • Manage studies, prepare cost estimates, and respond to tenders
  • Negotiate commercial terms through to contract signing
  • Monitor projects through completion while ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines are met
  • Propose suitable solutions and promote the company’s expertise
  • Ensure regular communication and represent the company with clients

Requirements

  • Experience: minimum 10 years in the industrial sector
  • Market knowledge: major industrial players, contractors, subcontractors; an existing network is appreciated
  • Technical skills: ideally open to other sectors (e.g. pharmaceutical industry)
  • Personal qualities: autonomy, rigor, reliability, negotiation skills, and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Commercial skills: business development, prospecting, project management, and reporting
  • Mobility: frequent travel throughout France, strong field presence and adaptability

  • Attractive salary depending on profile: €38k to €50k
