Responsibilities

  • Manage the quality system applied to welding activities (EN ISO 3834) and steel structures (EN 1090)
  • Manage customer quality requirements and associated documentation (CCPU, technical specifications, requirements documents)
  • Ensure full traceability: materials (3.1 certificates), welds (WPS, WPQR, welder qualifications), inspections (VT, PT, UT…)
  • Prepare and monitor quality documents (plans, procedures, manufacturing records)
  • Ensure quality monitoring in production: assembly compliance, compliance with welding requirements, in-process inspections
  • Manage non-conformities and corrective actions
  • Act as the interface between production, customers and the engineering department
  • Participate in customer inspections and acceptance tests
  • Implement KPIs, analyze risks and drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the deployment of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 systems

Skills

  • Knowledge of ISO 3834, EN 1090, ISO 5817, ISO 23277 standards
  • Ability to read drawings and technical documentation
  • Mastery of industrial traceability
  • Quality document management
  • Non-conformities & quality tools (root cause analysis, corrective actions)
  • ➕ Assets:
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards
  • Experience in metallurgy, welding and workshop environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (quality, welding, metallurgy, industrial engineering)
  • Junior profile accepted, with onboarding and support during job integration
  • Rigorous, organized, and field-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills with production teams
  • Analytical mindset and continuous improvement approach
  • Professional level of English required
  • ➕ Assets: IWS / IWT / IWE certification appreciated (or willingness to be trained)
