Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate teams on site
  • Ensure the quality and safety of the work carried out by complying with established standards and procedures
  • Ensure smooth communication between the various project stakeholders
  • Plan and organize the material and human resources required to carry out the work
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of the work while ensuring schedule follow-up
  • Ensure that installations comply with plans, technical specifications, and current regulations
  • Intervene in the event of problems or conflicts on site and propose appropriate solutions
  • Provide regular reporting on work progress to management and project stakeholders

Skills

  • Excellent ability to read plans and technical drawings
  • Strong knowledge of electrical principles and electrical installations
  • Mastery of mechanical techniques, particularly in specific fields such as diesel systems, boilermaking, metalworking, piping, welding, crimping, inerting, etc.
  • Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and standards
  • Ability to plan and carry out preventive maintenance operations
  • Understanding of the characteristics and properties of the materials used

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a site manager or in a similar position, ideally in the nuclear sector
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and motivate team members
  • Ability to solve problems and work in a dynamic environment
