Guarantee the quality and safety of work carried out in compliance with established standards and procedures
Ensure smooth communication between the various parties involved in the project
Plan and organize the material and human resources required to complete the work
Supervise and control the progress of work by monitoring schedules
Ensure that installations comply with plans, technical specifications and current regulations
Intervene in case of issues or conflicts on site and propose appropriate solutions.
Ensure regular reporting of work progress to management and project stakeholders
Skills
Excellent ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
Mastery of electrical principles and installations
Mastery of mechanical techniques, particularly in specific fields such as diesel, boiler making, locksmithing, piping, welding, crimping, inerting, etc.
Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and standards
Ability to plan and carry out preventive maintenance operations
Understanding of the characteristics and properties of the materials used
Requirements
Previous experience as a site manager or in a similar position
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a team and motivate team members
Ability to solve problems and work in a dynamic environment
Speaking french is a plus
