Responsibilities
- Identification of finishing operations, tools/abrasives, and surface requirements based on technical documents.
- Adjustment and Fitting of tools and abrasives (grinding wheels, belts, felts, etc.), positioning and securing of the workpiece, and grinding parameters.
- Carrying Out Grinding Operations: Grinding the surface, checking its condition (roughness, appearance), and making necessary adjustments.
- Inspect abrasive wear and replace if necessary; verify conformity of parts.
- Maintenance Perform first-level maintenance and equipment servicing.
